The first few weeks of welcoming your newborn into your lives can be challenging. You are learning bubs cries, ques, how to feed, all whilst trying to heal. As a mum of 2 beautiful girls, I understand all that comes with a newborn and provide a relaxed environment for you and your family. Let us capture these special moments of you and your newborn baby.
Our Studio
Our studio is located in Carrara, on the Gold Coast.
Our studio is fully equipped with everything you need on your shoot. A feeding or resting chair, accessible toilets, a change table fully stocked with wipes, nappies, toys for your older kids to play with, a TV if the older kids want to watch something, and we provide Water, Coffee and Tea.
We have one main shooting room for a variety of different looks and backgrounds. I have all the props for your bub so you don’t need to bring anything.
Ladies / Newborn Wardrobe
Families can bring 3 choices of different outfits to wear to match each other.
I have a few maternity dress options available for you to use. They are flowy, colourful and with various sizes. If you own a dress that you love, please bring it in along. If you have any other questions about what to wear for a Maternity Photo Session, please feel free to ask any questions.
The Process
The best time to schedule your Newborn photography session is between 4 – 10 days and also up to 4 weeks old. If you follow traditions with staying at home for the first 6 weeks of baby’s life, I can organize a onsite Photography session in the privacy of your own home, please see below.
I set aside 1 – 2 hours aside for Newborn photography. Depending on the session booked, timings can vary.
As its an important time in your life please feel free to bring your loved one or older children along to share this time with you. They will make your session more comfortable and enjoy their company.

Book your Newborn Photography Session ahead of time to avoid missing out
Booking your newborn photography session ahead of time is important. It will secure you a spot for your precious photos of your newborn bub.
Decide on what Newborn Photo Session Package you would like. Make a booking and pay a deposit to secure your date. Once confirmed I will send you a Welcome Guide, Contract and Questionnaire for you choose your set up/backdrop.
Your Photography Session Date
Once you have put down a deposit on your chosen date, it can easily be changed as we know bub may arrive earlier or later than the predicted date.
